Something I want you to be aware of
I've been a phone rep for several different companies in the past (Imagine the nightmare working for the cable company). I would like to share something with the group. If you think about being a phone rep as a work from home job is a great idea for someone with MS know this. That type of work is micromanaged inch by inch, second by second, any time my cog-fog interfered there was a risk of a demoralizing lecture about calling someone by the previous caller's name or misquoting a price.

. I have two friends that work as phone reps and their experiences mirror yours. It's not quite the dream work from home job it's sometimes made out to be.
I know it's hard work and can be pretty thankless.
